I am a PMP®-certified Project Manager and Scrum Master with over 7 years of experience in Business Analysis, testing coordination, and Agile project delivery within the banking and capital markets sector. In my current role, I coordinate end-to-end delivery activities — from requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment to testing, release planning, and post-implementation support. I also act as Scrum Master for distributed teams, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery of key functionalities. My previous experience in treasury and capital markets has provided me with a deep understanding of financial instruments, regulatory constraints, and risk management principles. Combined with technical expertise in Azure environments (Windows & Linux), Jira, Confluence, and MS Office, this allows me to act as a reliable bridge between business and IT.
