My main activities and responsibilities are-Identifying and resolving customer issues through creative sales techniques -Exercising creative negotiation and sales techniques to motivate customers to continue using our services -Selling additional or upgraded services while providing a quality customer experience -Promoting and selling services both proactively and re-actively during each telephone conversation with the client, according to the goals set by the management-Convincing clients to maintain their subscriptions -Observing the clients` requests and contacting them, when necessary, in order to provide them any further details for signing the contract- Solving situations which cannot be fulfilled by other channels (technicians, customer service support) and permanent communication with the other departments to ensure that the service was installed successfully or the problem was solved
