About Valentin Gadola

As a Delivery Manager I oversee several client accounts focused within our Media Industry Vertical and serve as the Clients’ primary point of contact and trusted advisor. I am accountable for overall successful delivery and responsible for P&L, financial forecasting, and commercial success for the account. In a nutshell, I am accountable to Endava for the running of the client accounts, as if it were my own business, within Endava business. To do so I manage and lead multiple distributed teams in a matrixed environment, having significant direct staff management responsibility and billability of own team. I facilitate the professional development of staff including induction, performance review, training, and development plan in line with business requirements. I am also responsible for recruiting and resourcing the teams to enable effective service delivery.
