Job perimeter : business support & development duties at the R&D center and Future Buildings and City Lab (manage the development of business opportunities and commercial offers, carry out missions with the involved teams, develop collaborations, structure the internal key account management team, and monitor business development actions and partnerships) and technical duties (manage a portfolio of internal or partnership actions on the decarbonization of energy infrastructure, energy performance and efficiency, complex projects for the decarbonization of buildings and urban energy systems, modelling and simulation of energy systems) Essential job functions: Project development and management : Lead, structure and manage operational/corporate teams and external partners for the identification, definition, planning and delivery of projects on time, in the agreed quality and within the approved budget; Support the internal key account management team and monitor its interventions in the short and medium term (projections, forecasts); Strengthening the team’s ability to increase the leverage for subsidized / collaborative projects in the European (H2020, Green Deal) and International (US DOE, IEA Annexes) context; Negotiation and management of R&I contracts with several internal and external parties Technical support and expertise for local and district energy systems intervening in the identification and evaluation of robust techno & commercial configurations as part of complex projects for the decarbonization of buildings and urban energy systems Key words: Parterships, Funding, Complex projects, Decarbonization, Local Energy Communities, Urban modeling, Building Physics, Energy efficiency, Dynamic modelling and simulation of complex systems, multi-engineering modeling, Modelica, Dymola
