Creative engineer passionate about unlocking the value of data to solve problems faced by organizations and industries I love designing and implementing innovative solutions, from idea generation to product delivery, to improve data quality, bridge the knowledge gap between teams and measure key business metrics to ultimately make better products. I have experience working with software engineers, data scientists and product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, coordinate project execution and ensure solutions are adopted. My past projects span the entire lifecycle of the data science journey: data ingestion, data preparation, data modeling, ETL pipelines, experimentation design, model development, visualization and communication to stakeholders. I believe in detailed work, the necessity to understand the business context before designing the solution in order to maximize impact, the strength of a team over one individual, and that synthesis and communication are key to find consensus and deliver the highest value. I’m open to consulting and contract opportunities in the data & analytics field, specifically projects around data modeling, creating metrics and dashboards for executive and business teams, data quality controls and migrations. My last position was at Meta as a Data Engineer in the Ads & Business products group, focusing on app ads. Prior to this, I worked at Apixio, an analytics company delivering AI solutions for healthcare organizations, where I built databases and ETL pipelines that process large health datasets and operational data to drive business insights and train machine learning models.
