After 18 years in eCommerce, here are three significant achievements that brought me here: My first eCommerce company started with just $700 and went on to become the largest online car insurance player in Romania, thanks to the principles of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
