As the Direct to Consumer Global Markets and Strategy Senior Director at Gen, I lead the acquisition strategy across a portfolio of leading brands such as Norton, LifeLock, Avast, and AVG. With almost 20 years of leadership experience, I guide a team of market experts to adapt global strategies to local consumer needs, ensuring the right mix of brands, channels, pricing and communication strategies for diverse markets. My focus includes mixing short term with long term growth opportunities to maximize Gen's market share. Previous to this role, in Gen's family of brands I managed for almost 8 years different areas of user acquisition, being responsible from CRO, SEO, Content up to full funnel ownership of revenue and cost targets for top regions. Prior to my cybersecurity software experience, I have worked for more than 15 years in Telecom, for most of this time in leadership roles in Digital Marketing and Online User Acquisition.
