I’m a seasoned civil engineer and detail-oriented project manager with 9 years’ experience leading design and full life-cycle construction of multimillion-euro public works including urban design, water, sewage, and road projects. I also have a strong background in leading teams, managing project finances and ensuring deadlines are met. Until recently, I led several projects for Luca Way SRL, including the design of wastewater and water supply networks, designing roads and road junctions, preparing feasibility studies, technical projects, technical assistance during execution, responding to RFPs, among holding other responsibilities. Successes include leading, from design to completion, “Technical Assistance for the Preparation of the Financing Application and the Tender Documentations for the Regional Project for the Development of the Water and Wastewater Infrastructure in the Timis County, 2014-2020” and “CS8- Technical Assistance for Implementation: Expansion of water and sewerage networks, including house connections in Dolj County”. Colleagues know me as an innovative and hands-on manager who can always be trusted to find solutions. I also spend a lot of time analyzing project plans and enjoy collaborating with my teams.
