In addition to administering large-scale technical projects, I assemble high performing engineering teams and drive IT and Networking innovation in the telecommunications industry. Throughout my 15Y career I have delivered cost-effective technology services. In addition to effectively communicating the vision and direction for my teams, I have played a vital role in analyzing complex corporate challenges and defining solutions and corrective action plans that drive C-level decision making. My key career achievements include: Commanded the technology pillar for Romania of the €22B multinational Liberty Global acquisition by drafting the business case, securing approvals and serving as the principal Technology point of contact. Pioneered the inaugural wholesale agreement for fixed access services, opening the door of converged Fixed-Mobile services for Vodafone Romania Established an entirely new Center of Excellence from hiring all resources and installing administrative components including location and tools to managing P&L and outlining strategy to onboard new services. Vital role in outsourcing of field network operations, which reduced costs 35%, increased customer satisfaction 10% and freed 15% of support resources and 12% of labour costs. My skill in commanding business-critical initiatives ensures the cost-effective achievement of key corporate goals involving mergers and acquisitions and business development.
