About Valentina Cotaj

Being an Operations Manager and Executive Assistant is exactly what you'd expect, hectic! I'm the teammate at work that everyone wants to know but no-one wants to be. For over 9 years, I have dedicated my career to keeping executives and business owners organized, prioritized and less stressed. If ever you need something done, you come to me - everyone who truly knows me knows that! Yet no one wants to have to do what I do because of the amount of personal time and effort that goes into being everyone's go-to.I have discovered that I thrive on challenges and do my best work in high-volume settings. I enjoy responsibility and believe that my experience, professionalism, and proactive demeanor are a perfect match for the 'many hats' that my position typically requires.Due to my obsessive nature of staying organized and making everyone's life around me easier, it genuinely brings me joy to take the burden off of my loved ones' shoulders and I always do anything I can to enhance that. Work is no different. There aren't many things that can grow a company the way that trust and dependability can, and I wholeheartedly pride myself in being extremely dedicated to both.
