Background

About Valentina Leme

IT Compliance Analyst with experience in IT governance, internal controls, and information security within global environments. My work focuses on supporting and monitoring technology compliance processes, including IT General Controls (ITGC), MICS controls, self-assessments, and issue tracking. I collaborate closely with Risk Owners, Solution Owners, and technical teams to ensure controls are properly implemented, documented, and remediated when necessary. I began my career in cybersecurity and technical support, which provided a strong technical foundation that today supports my work in governance, compliance, and risk management. I am particularly interested in strengthening security maturity through practical controls, structured processes, and effective collaboration between technology and business teams. Fluent in English and Spanish, I continuously develop my skills in IT governance, risk management, and information security within global environments.
