I utilize my creativity and Marketing degree when thinking about marketing a product and I can turn ideas into strong visual representations for product placements and cross selling or for tradeshows. The customer experience is always a factor in my approaches. Staying on top of my product knowledge allows me to be able to support and manage my clients effectively and allows me to win awards and obtain recognition. I’ve been in the Top 10 of representatives within a region, received multiple awards and increased customer retention. I use my knowledge to train, coach and mentor new employees to become high performers and meet the organization’s goals. Making my clients feel appreciated and providing them with exceptional support is how I excel and grow in my career.
