As a Product Specialist at Paystack, I work with brilliant teams to create valuable products and improve customers' lives. I prioritize users' needs at every step of the product development process, from ideation to launch. I also conduct user research, manage customer feedback, and ensure customer success and satisfaction. With the help of my colleagues, I have contributed to the launch of several new features and integrations. In addition to my product role, I am also a co-founder and a creative director for two different businesses. Kirueka is a lifestyle brand for African women that creates intentional products to transform their everyday moments into indulgent experiences. As a co-founder, I oversee the branding, marketing, and growth strategies, as well as the product design and development. As a creative director for Valerie Egbuniwe Content, I manage content creation and SEO for various platforms, such as Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat. I also represent the community at meetings with brands and inform them about consumer behavior and interests of our audiences. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Covenant University, and multiple certifications in operations research, leadership, and computer skills. I thrive in roles where business, creativity, and delightful user experience intersect.
