With over 20 years in commercial insurance, I'm committed to helping clients navigate their coverage needs with clarity, strategy, and care. My work is driven by strong relationships - with clients, underwriters, and colleagues - and by a commitment to making insurance feel manageable and meaningful, not just a transaction. My goal is to always leave people thinking "well, that was easy!" Over the last 8 1/2 years at Bridgeport Insurance Brokers, I led key office operations, accounting functions, and financial reporting. That role expanded my understanding of agency management and back-end processes - but I've since returned to my roots in client service. Now, as a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Metro Insurance, I'm back where I thrive - supporting businesses across a wide range of industries with coverages such as Contractors insurance, Business Owners Packages, Commercial Property lines, and Workers Compensation. I enjoy translating complex insurance needs into practical solutions, and I bring a collaborative mindset that helps teams function at their best. While I'm not currently exploring new opportunities, I always welcome meaningful connections within the insurance and risk management community.
