About Valeriia Hrytsova

Driven by a deep passion for empowering immigrant and refugee communities and advocating for families, I bring 4+ years of hands-on experience in outreach, non-profit program coordination, trauma-informed case management, and immigration legal assistance. My experience spans facilitating smooth resettlement for newcomers, supporting families with children facing developmental delays, and ensuring access to legal services. I excel at building partnerships, designing impactful programs, and navigating complex systems to achieve equitable outcomes. In my previous roles, I successfully guided over 70 clients through public assistance processes, developed individualized resettlement plans for newly arrived families and provided consultations to families navigating early intervention and special education systems. I am adept at fostering collaboration with local organizations to expand service reach, providing culturally sensitive communication, and explaining complex processes in accessible terms. As a results-oriented Program Coordinator & Immigration Specialist, I am eager to leverage my comprehensive skills to contribute to an organization that champions equity and access. Let's connect to explore opportunities in supporting immigrant, refugee, and family well-being!
