About Valeriia Shvedko

Operations & Workforce Planning Specialist actively developing in the SAP area. I have hands-on experience in resource planning, shift scheduling, transport coordination, reporting, and internal process optimization. I’ve worked with MES/QMS systems and implemented an internal portal that improved cross-department communication and accelerated issue resolution. I also work with data stored in SharePoint-based systems, using Excel with live connections to update and analyze shared datasets for scheduling and reporting purposes. This experience gave me a strong understanding of structured data and sparked my interest in learning SQL and ERP systems like SAP. Currently, I’m studying logistics and SAP ERP, having completed postgraduate courses including “SAP ERP Fundamentals” and “S/4HANA Overview.” I’m particularly interested in logistics and operations modules and how they support real business processes. What motivates me is finding smarter ways to work – improving processes, communication, and how systems are used. I’m looking to grow in a role that connects operations with technology and gives me the chance to build a long-term career in SAP. Let’s connect if you're looking for someone curious, organized, and ready to learn fast – and contribute even faster.
