It’s been more than a decade of continuous growth, learning and transformation alongside iSTYLE – a journey that started with one country and evolved into a regional role across Central and Eastern Europe. When I took the lead at iSTYLE Romania, my focus was clear: grow the business with purpose, build a passionate team and stay close to our clients. The results came quickly – national expansion, team development and new service models that put the customer first. In time, new challenges followed: Bulgaria, the Adriatic region, and eventually a broader responsibility covering 9 countries. Every step came with new insights into retail leadership, market dynamics, and the power of local execution with a regional mindset. Today, I continue to drive strategic initiatives for iSTYLE CEE, including the Apple Premium Partner retail transformation, regional CRM integration, and expansion into new markets. I believe in empowering people, staying ahead of customer expectations, and building businesses with long-term vision. Technology is still my world – but I’m also fascinated by the stories behind timeless products and meaningful brands. Especially when it comes to classic cars. I don’t believe in limits. I believe in perseverance, quality, and giving back.
