Background

About Valery N.

My passion lies in connecting people, building authentic relationships, and driving positive, lasting impact—whether within organizations, creative industries, or personal development spaces. With over 15 years as a professional photographer, I’ve developed an exceptional eye for storytelling, visual branding, and capturing human emotion—skills that seamlessly translate into my work in leadership, business development, and organizational psychology.I studied Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the graduate level, which equipped me with the tools to understand team dynamics, employee engagement, leadership development, and the psychology of performance. This, combined with my hands-on experience in recruiting, coaching, counseling, and branding, allows me to show up as a strategic and creative problem-solver in any environment. What makes me uniquely valuable is the intersection of all my experiences—creative, academic, and professional. I’m energized by helping people shine, whether that’s through a camera lens, in a boardroom, or through one-on-one mentorship.People who have worked with me describe me as a connector, a positive force, a ray of sunshine, and someone who meets people where they are. I’m known for jumping in with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help others grow and succeed.
