Valissa Smith is an award winning broadcast journalist turned entrepreneur. After 20+ years anchoring television news, she co-developed VSquared Productions, Inc, a creative communications, marketing, media and video storytelling company. In 2003, VSquared Productions, Inc. produced a marketing website with resources specifically targeting Kansas City women. In 2013, Valissa returned to television as Senior Producer of Kansas City Live, a local lifestyle, pay-to-play show on KSHB.
