About Valter Pinto

At an early age, I found a passion for finance and particularly the stock market. I was fascinated by how businesses were built, how companies accessed the capital markets, and how CEO's told their story. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working closely with C-Level management teams of public and private companies, globally, with valuations under $500 million. I consider myself a generalist with experience in just about every industry including technology, healthcare, cybersecurity, media, internet, and education. I look at every company with an open mind. All are at varying stages of maturity and each with their own vision of the world. Throughout the years I have been able to leverage my knowledge and passion for the market to develop unique communications/marketing strategies. While tactics vary and are always evolving, my high-level focus remains the same; formulate the right strategy, deliver the right message and ultimately market to the audience that will help you achieve your goals. Prior to joining KCSA, I was a Partner at a boutique financial communications firm based in NYC. Our clients have ranged from those that are fully listed on NASDAQ/NYSE, on the OTC, newly public either via IPO or RTO, or private. In December 2016 my Partner and I merged our company with KCSA. I am a skilled communicator with ability to guide the messaging of the company in conventional and crisis environments. Displayed proven ability to convey complex financial information to a diverse audience. Capital markets strategy expert with focus on working closely with senior management to perfect corporation communications and branding for all audiences of the financial community. Ultimately I am proud of my ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships within the investment community including current shareholders, the Buy Side and the Sell Side.I am fluent in Portuguese, played Division I soccer at the University at Albany, and currently reside in Westchester County with my wife, daughter and son.
