I am a Sr Manager at Verizon India with over 20 years of experience in product development and project management. I have a masters degree in CS from Osmania university and certifications in SAFe Agile, Professional Scrum Master, and Project Management Professional. My core competencies are agile development, technical vision, and software project management.In my current role, I lead digital transformation of legacy systems, build conversational experiences, and manage employee engagement, vendor management, and talent management in the Verizon Consumer Group. I have successfully delivered solutions in enterprise search, conversational applications, RPA bots, call center applications, cloud enablement, analytics, and insights, using my expertise in search and conversation AI, digital strategy, and innovation. I have built multiple teams from the ground up and led multiple projects simultaneously, achieving metrics-oriented and market-focused results. I have also worked in the US for more than a year, and I have completed an Architect Readiness Program from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. My mission is to create value for customers, stakeholders, and employees by leveraging technology and innovation.
