I’m an Intune Administrator (L2) and a Scholar Trainee under Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP), currently pursuing my M.Tech in Computing Infrastructure Systems (CIS) from BITS Pilani. I support global users across all regions for our client, Estée Lauder Companies, a global leader in the beauty industry. My role involves managing mobile device management (MDM) for iOS and Android devices, handling a wide range of incidents via ServiceNow—including device enrollment issues, O365 app access problems, MDM payload errors, and Android work profile setup failures. I was part of a major migration from MobileIron (Ivanti) to Microsoft Intune, where I handled device retirement and termination workflows. I also have privileged access to Apple Business Manager (ABM) to verify corporate device ownership. Recently, I’ve started expanding into Workspace ONE and RF device management. I hold a BCA from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, and I’m passionate about learning, solving problems, and growing in the endpoint management space.
