Known for being a strategic turnaround expert, I was tapped to reverse declining revenues at a struggling district. I transformed the culture from the top down, remediated morale issues, and restored the district to profitability. In this highly competitive industry, many fail. My success is due to my ability to build partnerships with all stakeholders and to maintain an unwavering focus on the end goal.
