Hi! I’m a Communications Program Manager at Navy Federal Credit Union—which is a fancy way of saying I help people actually get the info they need (and maybe even enjoy it a little). Whether it’s launching new programs or rolling out big changes, I make sure our messages are clear, useful, and not just collecting dust in someone’s inbox. Oh, and I’m Prosci® certified, which means I know my stuff when it comes to change management. Before this gig, I was a Lead Instructional Designer, where I wrangled a team of creative minds, leveled up our training materials, and made onboarding a whole lot smoother for new designers. Now, I get to blend strategy, storytelling, and a dash of creativity to keep our communication fresh, fun, and totally on point. Big fan of clear messaging, smooth rollouts, and turning “wait, what?” into got it.”
