I’m a very experienced Senior Project & Programme Manager bringing a strong track record of success within the financial services sector. My career to date features roles with major industry names such as as DWS & Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Barclays Bank, RBS & Coutts, and Accenture on strategic, regulatory, finance, risk, IT and front office operations driven change. Highlights include successful implementation of various regulations, including ESG, MiFID II, stress testing, Basel 2, established a records management function from scratch, delivery of a US Funds client website, and financial & reporting systems implementations. My experience includes turning around under-performing projects/programmes. Currently I’m a senior Project Manager at DWS (Deutsche Bank Asset Management). During tenure, I’ve enabled full compliance of the Asset Management business with a number of ESG regulations (CSRD, SFDR and UK TCFD), MiFID II legislative framework, with enhanced investor protection, transparency and safety. I’ve also project managed KYC regulation via enhancements to CRM tool (Salesforce), an infrastructure transformation and Windows 10 migration. Well-qualified, I’m a Qualified Accountant and I hold PMP certification and a Graduate Diploma in IT. I’m also conversant in Prince2 principles, and both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. I channel change management and full project life-cycle expertise to maximise business benefits of global, cross-functional projects/programmes. My understanding of the niche challenges and opportunities of the financial services sector is excellent, having gained exposure to asset management, investment banking, corporate/retail banking, and wealth management operations. I’m accustomed to engaging with very complex, globally located stakeholder networks that include the senior executives. My ability to interpret and respond to the rapidly changing requirements of regulators and internal/external stakeholders has been key to my success.
