About Van Webster

I extensive experience with customer service and technical support via phone, chat, and email. During this time, I have become proficient at resolving conflicts, meeting customer's needs, and exceeding customer expectations. I have a great deal of experience troubleshooting and resolving real-time technical problems for customers, and I have also had a lot of practice conveying often complex technical information to end-users in an easily understandable manner. I learn new products and processes very quickly, and have had many opportunities to lead in sharing knowledge solutions among members of my team. I believe in not just excelling at customer support, but in making sure that I always help to improve my team's processes, utilizing best practices in documentation, bug reporting, and knowledge base management. In 2018, I shifted to a teaching and consultation position. I now help design client workflows / automation and teach the ins and outs of software based video production.
