About Vance Holtzinger
I will be graduating from the University of Puget Sound in December with a BA in Sociology and Anthropology and a minor in Chemistry. Having been a Biochemistry major for the first half of undergraduate, I have extensive background in chemistry, biology, and statistics. My coursework has focused on both quantitative and qualitative research methods, public health, and the sociology of labor. My work experience in social services and public health has allowed me to see the application of sociological theory. Currently, I am finishing an ethnography exploring work ideologies amongst young workers during the pandemic. I am preparing to submit to conferences and hope to get it published in the future.
