About Vance Shutes

Folks, If you cannot come up with something better than the standard "I'd like to connect with you on LinkedIn" default line, expect that I will discard your interest in connecting. Give me a reason WHY we should connect here on LinkedIn, and I probably will. Experienced Realtor® serving the Saline and Ann Arbor area since 1994. Vance Shutes has served the Saline and Ann Arbor real estate market as a full-time Realtor since 1994. He has closed hundreds of transactions valued at over $80 million in sales. He has represented both buyers and sellers, and uses his experience to guide you through a smooth transaction. Vance uses a proprietary system which he developed in 1996 to help you understand the local real estate market conditions. Using this specific data can save you thousands when you’re buying or selling. He takes the time to educate you about the market, so you can accomplish your real estate goals. As a former Quality Assurance manager in automotive supply, Vance manages his business, and, more importantly, your specific transaction, so that nothing “falls through the cracks”. Vance also gives back to his industry. He presently serves as Region 7 Director for the Michigan Association of Realtors®, covering Washtenaw, Monroe, Lenawee, Hillsdale, Branch, Jackson, and Eaton counties. He has served as President of the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors® in 2004, and was chosen as Realtor® of the year in 2010. Vance holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Michigan. He also holds a Professional Engineer License in Michigan. He is a proven leader with a strong track record of satisfied clients. He looks forward to the opportunity to serve your real estate needs!
