The constant thread throughout all my work is the relentless drive to simplify. Working with cross-functional business leaders, I craft strategies that converge product and brand, articulate roadmaps, invent processes, host workshops, and build passionate design teams to launch experiences that drive delight–and deliver growth. Whether it's designing global marketplaces, re-imagining design systems, re-branding entire companies, or designing AI-driven interfaces, a careful balance of vision, conceptual thinking, process innovation, and craftsmanship is reflected in all of my work. I can operate at a high altitude to articulate long-term strategies and build leadership consensus while zooming down into sub-atomic levels of our work, co-designing details, sketching, exploring, and prototyping together with the team. As a leader, my actions are geared to inspire invention, trigger passion, activate people's superpowers, and shape a culture that will yield the strongest work.
