Seasoned M&A and Business Development executive with extensive transaction experience in the lab services and diagnostics sector, and track record for building a high performing team. Have completed more than 40 transactions at Quest Diagnostics, including asset and equity acquisitions, joint ventures, asset monetizations, divestitures, and equity investments. Transactions are operationally complex and require significant integration and synergy realization. Also built and now lead high performing M&A and BD team of 10 individuals, and instituted rigorous processes and playbook for completing successful acquisitions and integrations. Prior to joining Quest Diagnostics, worked in healthcare investment banking for 12 years. Healthcare banking expertise spanned medical devices, diagnostics, imaging and equipment, patient monitoring, healthcare IT and disease management. International work experience includes two years in Singapore.
