Annual total expenditures of work-related stress and poor mental/emotional health (depression and anxiety) have been estimated at $190 billion and $211 billion due to loss of productivity, including absenteeism and reduced engagement at work. Providing employees with at-work resilience training results in 73% of participants that say they have their health has improved a great deal or fair amount. I created The Resilience ToolBox to help employers provide at-work resources for their employees to better manage stress and anxiety. Resources include innovative solutions to improve employee health productivity, and organizational performance. We work with each client company to create a customized program to address company culture stressors, team or individual challenges.
