Experienced professional in product management and strategy in digital health. My mission is to create innovative and impactful products and strategies that solve customer problems and generate value for the organization. As a Product Manager I have led a cross-functional team to undertake several strategic initiatives to improve the client experience, including modernizing a web portal, launching a mobile app and launching an API to facilitate integration into other solutions; all the while focusing on achieving significant growth in user base, utilization, sales and revenue. Throughout various strategy roles, I have collaborated with senior leaders in the organizations to develop and articulate our business strategy. Key responsibilities have included analyzing market trends and the competitive landscape, exploring new industries and opportunities for expansion, developing and reviewing business cases, supporting corporate initiatives such as the annual strategic planning process, annual forecasting, and KPI development and reporting.
