About Vanessa Jones

As an early childhood professional with over 25 years of experience, I'm dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders. My mission is to create collaborative learning communities where early childhood professionals can- Engage with peers in meaningful dialogue - Challenge existing perspectives on policy and practice - Actively shape the ongoing transformation of our field In today's accountability-focused environment, we must take responsibility not only for our own professional growth but also for developing others. Throughout my career, mentors have challenged me to excel and provided guidance for improvement. Now, I aim to offer similar support to early childhood professionals at all stages of their careers. I firmly believe that when early childhood professionals invest in their education and career development, they create the best possible outcomes for children and families. By fostering workforce development and building clear career pathways, we can strengthen our profession and enhance its impact.
