My career has centered around patient care, procedural excellence, and team collaboration in fast-paced surgical environments. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, which I’m now leveraging to develop expertise in healthcare operations, leadership, and compliance. As I progress through my AIT program, I’m gaining hands-on experience in key operational areas including nursing, HR, dietary, admissions, and finance. My passion lies in uniting clinical insight with operational strategy to improve facility performance, staff engagement, and resident outcomes.
