About Vanessa Kowalewski

To finalize my study course, I am now researching for my Bachelor Thesis about the impact of physical spaces on the learning process in workplaces. This is where I come from: Early on I knew I wanted to learn in the construction industry, because I was interested in creating places. So I did an apprenticeship as an architectural drafter. At a point in time, I got highly motivated in entrepreneurship, because of its creative nature. Acting and thinking entrepreneurial taught me by 'learning by doing' a way of being in the world to create positive change. Since I learned how to navigate myself, I started to come back to my original drive: Architecture, in particular Interior Architecture. But you can not separate them from each other, and both interest me. After a while I connected both worlds I have been learning in - entrepreneurship and interior design. I gained some practical experiences in working with clients on interior design projects - Office, Hospitality and Residential Design - and designing and managing Serviced Apartments with my Co-Founders in Bremerhaven.
