About Vanessa Laguna

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Bilingual Executive Secretariat, with a postgraduate degree in Management Support from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo. I also spent three years in the United States, where I studied English at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia — an experience that strengthened not only my language skills, but also my cultural awareness and global mindset. With over 20 years of experience in executive assistance, I’m known for my organizational skills, adaptability, and proactive mindset. I thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy creating value through clarity, structure, and efficient communication. I’m fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with strong communication skills across diverse teams and leadership levels. I’m also highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and familiar with Agile workflows. I’m passionate about making complex routines lighter and more strategic for busy executives — enabling them to focus on high-impact decisions while I handle the behind-the-scenes structure that drives results.
