I have designed and developed standard operation procedures, ILT, Articulate courses, microlearning, and blended learning solutions. Designing learning solutions is fitting for my curious nature because I thrive off of collaborating, learning and participating in new-to-me ideas. In the past, I personally have launched and established a business. During the journey, I pursued enhancements in performance, analyzed budget gaps to reduce the average monthly cost by 35%, and cultivated a plan to expand the amount of clients served by 40%. I can align with your organizational goals, design and develop learning solutions, meticulously evaluate trainings and modify learning solutions to strengthen function and outcome. Outside of instructional design, I spend my spare time entertaining my children and staying active. We are regularly traveling the backroads to visit friends and neighbors, loving creek days, picking berries, and having sleepovers with friends. I greatly appreciate a quiet, uninterrupted bath and some off-the-wall video entertainment in the late hours to help me fall asleep.
