About Vanessa Puleo

Vanessa has an extensive Entrepreneurial background spanning from opening her first direct mail company in 1990, to creating a National Coaching and Training company of nearly 20 years. Vanessa has been a guest speaker, trainer, facilitator and teacher in both the for profit, and non-profit world for 3 decades. Vanessa founded Led2Serve, a Florida based 501(c)(3) in 2009. She continues to speak, mentor, coach and train in all areas of personal development and business leadership. As a gifted speaker, Vanessa has presented at conferences, leadership events, mega church and corporate gatherings, and a wide variety of venues. Guest speaking at colleges on business and non-profit management along with a variety of topic such as: The Conflicted Life, Managing the Unmanageable, Systems to Success, Recruiting Strategies, and more. After a missions trip to Egypt in 2006, Vanessa dove into the non-profit world, and has spend over 11 years cultivating, training and managing a thriving organization. The role, as the Executive Director, varies from creating partnerships to designing Journeys. Also conducting continual leadership training for those in the field, daily operations of the organization, and overseeing all logistics for the travel and serve components of each Journey. Vanessa continues to guess speak, lecture, mentor and coach as a foundation in her own life. She resides in Costa Rica where she continues to maintain balance between life, passion, legacy and adventure. Recently she launched a new company. The Art of Speaking English focuses on mentoring and tutoring non-native english speakers who are in the business world.
