About Vanessa Quick

With over 15 years of work experience, I am a skilled and versatile project manager with a passion for technology and innovation. I have a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in technology management, and a bachelor's degree in computer science. I currently work as an implementation project manager principal at Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN), a leading provider of software and services for the financial industry. At DFIN, I lead and direct project teams to develop, deliver, monitor and evaluate projects, to achieve strategic outcomes and support the achievement of organizational objectives. I work closely with clients to define the scope of work, success criteria, and test cases, and configure the application through the user interface based on the requirements. I also communicate the project status to the stakeholders and manage the client expectations and satisfaction. Some of the skills that I use in my role are project delivery, written communication, and C-level communication. I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices.
