I have over 18 years of experience in leading and delivering employee-centered digital transformation strategies across various industries, such as manufacturing, mining, and government. As the leader of Aurys Digital, a specialized accelerator focused on effective adoption and industry insights, I guide clients through transformative journeys – from strategy to post-implementation – using design thinking, co-creation, and agile methodologies. My passion is not only about technology, but also about empowerment. I am a founding member of Women in Mining Chile, a network that represents 700 women and promotes diversity and inclusion in the mining sector. I am also a graduate of the Board of Women 2023 program, a prestigious initiative that prepares high-potential women for board-level roles. I hold an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Louisiana State University and I am fluent in Spanish and English.
