I’m a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in the private and for purpose sectors, I have led high performing teams within the recruitment and disability sectors, and led strategic organisational projects. I have an inspiring and relational-based approach with an ability to support individuals to achieve their full potential. Since childhood, I’ve embraced positivity, gratitude, and an innate ability to see the best in others – qualities I fondly refer to as my “superpowers.” However, it wasn’t until my battle with triple negative breast cancer that my life’s purpose became unequivocally clear. Confronting this formidable challenge, I discovered firsthand the transformative impact of mindset and resilience. Surrounded by unwavering support and tapping into my inner strengths, I not only overcame cancer but emerged from the experience stronger and more determined than ever before. This journey ignited a passion within me to help others realize their full potential. Leveraging my undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Business Administration, alongside extensive leadership and recruitment experience, I pursued further studies in coaching and positive psychology. I obtained certification as a professional coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I am bound to its ethical code and quality standards. Through my company, Positivity Coaching, I blend my expertise and life experience to guide individuals towards personal and professional fulfilment. My approach draws on positive psychology principles such as; strength-based methods, fosters growth mindsets, motivational interviewing techniques and resilience. I’m committed to empowering my clients to break free from limiting beliefs to unlock their true potential, and to conquer challenges to thrive in all aspects of their life.
