About Vanessa Tobisch

I am an open-minded senior UX researcher and UX designer in the automotive field, with a proven track record of several design, research and project management lead positions throughout my career. I worked within the Mercedes Benz User Experiene Project as a Lead Designer for the voice assistant and as proxy PO for the holistic voice user experience. Within Carlife, a SaaS product, I was responsible for the UX definition and alignment with technical and business requirements to support the user throughout the lifecycle of car ownershhip. I count myself lucky to have worked in several positions within an agile cross-functional software development setup, including UX research (SPSS), using design-thinking methods (Figma, Adobe CC.), specifying requirements (JIRA), programming software (markup), testing (Python) and integrating (C++) user increments for multimodal user experiences until SOP. Hence, I always strive towards understanding team needs from UX, technical and business perspectives. I am always interested in the next in-car UX and happy to grab a coffee with you to talk UX.
