Vanessa is an Advisory Senior Consultant within Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory. She has three years of experience providing risk, audit, and finance transformation services to large financial services companies. She has served some of Deloitte’s largest banking clients in both an audit and advisory capacity and is currently supporting a Financial Technology Regulatory Compliance engagement. She has experience performing internal control evaluations to be compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), identifying and assessing business process and IT risks, designing and evaluating business process and IT internal controls, assessing compliance with regulatory policies and frameworks, carving out financial statements, building relationships with the clients, managing onshore and offshore resources, and leading project management activities.
