Having spent much of my career as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and Addictions Counsellor as well as a Manager of Addiction treatment services, in 2017, the time was right to start running retreats for Anxiety and Depression. This had been a vision of mine for many years and so Crystal Clear Coaching was born. Although we cover many areas of mental health we specialise in helping our clients turn their negative thoughts into happiness and peace of mind through our supportive and empowering 3 day retreats based in the UK. With 20 years of experience of mental health services our treatments are based on evidence based techniques drawn from neuroscience, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Positive Psychology, self care and stress relieving techniques. How could a retreat help you? On our 3 day Anxiety and Depression Recovery retreat you will receive help with- Thought and Emotion management Stress management Emotional resilience Positive mindset Building peace of mind and contentment We also include Yoga, Meditation, MIndfulness and Massage to bring an all round mind, body, spirit recovery. Everyone who attends the retreat receives 3 months of ongoing Coaching for accountability to support you to integrate the skills into daily life. As well as running regular retreats I offer -12 week Cognitive Behaviour Coaching programmes -Cognitive Behaviour Therapy sessions (blocks of 5 or 10 sessions)- Online workshops on Resilience and Self Belief - Video courses on mental well-being Please feel free to get in touch if you would like to book sessions or a retreat.
