Vani Reddy is a highly recommended counsellor and psychotherapist. Qualified as a personal and corporate psychotherapist, Vani has a vast amount of experience in several fields of therapy, including corporate and personal counselling, LGBTQIA+, substance abuse and parental psychology to name a few. As an organizational consultant, she is currently the Head of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for Optum Healthcare - one of the world's largest, leading healthcare providers. In this role, Vani works with several organizations, catering to their employees' therapy needs with the main goal of ensuring that their mental and emotional well being is put front and center.
