Who would have ever thought that I would end up with numbers juggling in my mind and me making sense of these numbers, and like all children the word Math would get me all in knots and now after a decade here I am a Qualified US CPA. Accounting as a subject came into my life in my junior college and I got hooked onto it while I was pursuing my Bachelors in Accounting and Finance and I developed a knack for numbers, calculations, debits and credits just made sense to me. Well, as they say the rest is history. I have 2.5+ years of accounting experience working in a Big4 company and as a senior analyst, I have trained and led a team of analysts responsible for accounting and reporting for client entities. In my tenure of working at KPMG in the CFO Advisory department, I have proven my abilities in financial accounting, financial reporting, taxation, MIS Reporting, and audit requirements for my clients. This is well supported with the recognition and awards I acquired for the quality work. My biggest strength is never giving up, no matter the challenge. This helps me take on tough tasks and tackle them with a positive attitude. Holding a Post-Graduate Diploma from Amity University and a Bachelors in Accounting and Finance from Smt. Mithibai Motiram Kundnani College of Commerce and Economics. I am also currently enrolled in an Online Degree Course of M. Com- Professional Accounting & Finance from Jain University, India. Having an extensive experience in the field along with the gained knowledge through my CPA education, I am interested to not only enhance my knowledge and at the same time to do justice to my expertise in Auditing roles. I am quite interested and intrigued by auditing which gives a real insight to the financials and helps to understand businesses better. I am a Qualified US CPA, currently working in an Audit role.
