About Vanice Chambers

I began my real estate career in 1978 in the Clear Lake area, south of Houston. Since then I have lived and sold homes in Katy, Houston, and for the last 13 years, in Cypress. I love working with renters as well as sellers and buyers. My clients get my undivided attention until they move into their new homes. Often home buyers don't know what part of town they want to live, so we may look at several areas before deciding. Once that decision is made, I will work diligently until we find the home of their dreams. Whether that is a home or a one million dollar home, we search until we find it. My clients quite often become my friends and the best compliment they give me is to refer their family or friends to me.
