As a Sr Training Officer at QUEST Alliance, I create and deliver impactful learning experiences for educators and learners in education and women empowerment. I am passionate about transforming education and enhancing opportunities for marginalized communities, working with a team of dedicated professionals who share the same vision and mission. I have a Master of Business Administration in Development Management from Centurion University of Technology and Management, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in 21 management sectors. I also have a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration and Management from University of Allahabad, where I learned the fundamentals of business and finance. Through my previous roles as a Gandhi-Fellow at Piramal Foundation, a Program Officer, and a Sr Program Officer at QUEST Alliance, and an Inbound Tele Marketing Executive at Digital Catalyst Group, I have developed strong competencies in self learning, stakeholder management, event planning and management, training facilitation and documentation, social media marketing, and mass mobilization. I have successfully handled different projects, designed, conducted, and facilitated workshops and trainings, and influenced government education policies and practices. I am always eager to learn new things and execute my ideas, and I look for challenging roles that allow me to narrow down my comfort zone and find my next level.
