About Vanja Roller

I am an aviation professional with 30+ years of experience in airline, MRO and leasing & trading on various levels and disciplines, including executive level, currently working as an independent technical consultant. Following my degree in mechanical engineering I have completed MBA program and obtained IATA Sr. Diploma in Airline Management. In my career I have not changed many employers but rather gained long term experience in companies where I was able to gain experience of working in many different aspects of aviation industry. Before becoming fully independent consultant, my most recent post was VP Technical for Airtrails, a leasing and trading company from Switzerland for nearly 4 years. Before Airtrails, I spent 18 years working for Croatia Airlines where I had the opportunity to be a part of a core team that developed the airline and its maintenance organisation, later heading an organisation as CAMO and Part145 Nominated Postholder. I have an extensive address book and network worldwide and international working experience on projects in many multicultural environments.
