I never assign a task to any member of my team that I would not be willing to do myself. Combined with my legal training and ability to act as a mediator between technically or legally minded individuals and those who are, not make me a great addition to any team. After an absence for several years, it is great to be back with the Credit Union community! Although it’s only been a few short weeks It almost feels like I never left. Except that I had quite a detour of finishing my undergrad, going to law school, and becoming an attorney; and ending up back in FINTECH FINTECH, only to come back into the industry that started it all for me—credit union financial software!
